its already cooked or processed to that point.it will melt if fried long enough! also, fried candy gets a coating, and your only frying it long enough to cook the coating...

It most definitely will, however most places which make deep fried candy bars (much like items like ice cream) first refrigerate or freeze the item to be fried. Then, the candybar will just be warm and gooey, and not too melty. Cheese sticks are treated much the same, and Paula Deen even made deep fried butter on her show (freezing the butter before and after batter dipping it).

if you freeze a Mars bar, then batter it, then deep fry it quickly, just to brown the batter it will not melt!

it will melt in a fryer.. the main ingredient is sugar.. so its gonna melt!

It will, if you froze it. It will take a bit longer. I heard that battered deep fried ice cream is good too.
