What fun things to do? Well, you mean besides swimming, scuba diving, snorkeling, sunbathing, kayaking, sailing, resting in the shade, getting a tan, eating much too much Polynesian, Asian and other food and drink , and sightseeing ?
Seriously, check with the Hawaii Convention and Visitors' Bureau or other agency. They have lots of ideas of how to spend a weekend, a week, or a month in the Islands.
Whatever you enjoy...depending on your age and physical attributes...you can find in abundance.
Oh, yes. Don't forget shopping !!!
Romance isn't out of the realm of possibility as well.

which island? learning to scuba dive,parasailing,go to the top of whatever volcanoe(for example:maui would be haleakala) go body boarding,surfing lessons(the best island for that is kaui) see the lava fields, look at the upscale expensive hotels, look at the houses, drive around the WHole island...
