Ok ... in December the boy i like asked me out, but i said no bc i didnt know if he was serious or not.... he said just kidding after i said no and i still dont know if he was serious. He is my friend and like one of the only guys that i can talk to without me thinking that he is making fun of me in his head or going to make fun of me with his friends later. he says he likes a girl on his street, but he is really nice to me and he never used to be this nice to me. so wat do you think? every time i ask a boy out he says no and ignores me for like forever. should i tell him i like him or should i just try to get to be better friends with him and wait for him to ask me out?
Please help me!!

clearly its obvious he likes you, he only said that he was kidding because you said no and he felt rejected. he only say that he like a girl on his street because he was testing you. he really wanted to know if you like him by your reaction to what he said. you like him and he likes you so there is nothing wrong with telling him.

Ah, the dilemmas of young love.
If someone asks you out, take it on face value that he wants to. Saying afterwards that he was only kidding is a defense that he used to spare himself embarassment. If you don't take people at face value, and continue to try to second guess everyone, you'll only wind up being paranoid and alone. Sometimes, it's true, people do play games. So you do have to be aware that it can happen (this is particularly likely around issues of money and sex). However, life is a challenge, and you have to be willing to take some risks for the sake of happiness. Just keep your eyes and ears open.

There has been sometime that has passed since all of this started. I would just come right out and tell him you like him. I know that you have been turned down and of course that hurts but you will never know if you do not go for it. You can keep waisting time and hinting to him but why...all of this can be solved with a simple question to him...Good luck!

Ok, don't ask him out. He should ask u out. But, ask him what he thinks of u, get to no him a little better. Don't tell him u like him either, wait until he tells u. Don't do something u think would ruin ur friendship. i hope this helps.

If you've seen "Just Friends" than, yeah, he could think that he's just stuck in the "friend Zone" and it would hurt to much for him to ask you out again. Maybe flirt with him a little and hint that you kinda like him.

i would kinda hint that you like him
maybe get a friend to tell him and then pretend to b all mad at her and embaressed...
then say
omg i bet u hate me now
if he cares about u he'll ask u out again and that time he'll probrably b serious

okay gurlie all you have to do is sit him down and say you no what i did no if you were being serious or not then when he says something say i like you alot and i would like to go out with you or say i would like to be your girlfriend
