Not knowing your age, general health, or any life changes this would be hard. If you had a recent injury or stressful situation in the last week then that could be an indicator. The other is where is the headache? Do you have blurred vision, is it a pounding headache, dull, intense? Experienced these in the past???Could also be as simple as dehydration.

I have been too, and I was told it could be caused from the dry air. So I've been running a cool air humidifier, along with occasionally boiling some water on the stove letting the steam moisturize the air too. It seems to have helped, my headaches aren't gone completely but they aren't as bad. It's only been a few days I'm hoping that it'll get better.

Most pain (regardless of where) is from muscles. There is an excellent book called The Trigger Point Therapy Workbook by Davies. I use a chiropractor who is a muscle specialist along with a massage therapist but your problem is probably something you can deal with yourself.
