ok i want a laser that can like burn through plastic and pop balloons.. dont ask why, i just do. is a 50mw laser strong enough to do that?

50 mW will do a great job of balloon-popping, provided you pick a color that is adsorbed rather than reflected by the balloon. It will definitely do eye damage as well if misused.

I have no idea but wouldn't a laser with that capablity be kind of dangerious? Ya know what ever My advice is check out ebay
