I covered some fruit with chocolate that had been melted in a pot on the stove. I put it in the fridge. Now the different pieces of fruit are stuck together and some of the chocolate is left in the plate when we tried to eat it. How do I keep the chocolate from sticking to the plate?
Oh, I did let it sit in the kitchen for a short time before carrying it to the table. Is there a way to stop it from leaving the chocolate shell on the plate?.

Wax papers works wonders, also if you put a toothpick through the fruit and dip it, then stick the toothpick in Styrofoam (so the fruit is facing up) you don't have to even use a dish:)

Next time you do this, line a baking pan with parchment paper, place your fruit on the parchment lined pan refrigerate, when ready to serve remove the fruit and place on the plate
