i've just been murdered what should i do next. where theres blame can i claim.i know who did it as well.

If you have just been murdered, report to the police. When you have reported to the police, then they will file the rport and an investigation. Once the investigation has been closed, you can make claims on your life insurance and sue the murderer (provded you have life insurance and you have enough evidence to sue your murderer).
When you have done all that you may transfer everything you have (less the debts) over to my name (or write it in a will somewhere if ti si more convenienet for you) and jump off a cliff.

Depending on the way you have lived your life will determine what will happen to your soul now that your life is over. Forget revenge and if you believe in Jesus as your savior. You have nothing to worry about. The person who killed you is between GOD and his soul. May you live a long life. The person who you claim killed you might end up in some third world country where he does not have much to eat and flies crawl all over his or her body. This is how we punish a bad soul. Thou shall not kill.....
