Its actually much harder to transmit HIV from female to male. However, its not impossible. First of all, a woman can bleed during sex regardless of whether she is a virgin or not. Intercourse can cause stretching of the vagina and tissue can tear or become irritated -- either one can cause her partner to be exposed to blood. Secondly, HIV can be passed through vaginal secretions ... and the production of those secretions is usually increased during arousal. Either of these situations or a combination of both can cause her partner to be exposed to the virus.

I understand that it certainly can be transmitted from female to male, but it is harder.
The earlier writers are correct - it is transmitted through bodily fluids/secretions during intercourse.
It is fortunate that HIV has a low virulence - that is to say, it actually has a low transmission rate, otherwise HIV infection rates would be a lot higher.

female secretions is how it happens, if there no secretion then there is usually not sex. female secretion or lubrication is a normal and a usually response to sexual excitement. sure there are cases when this doesn't happen and decreases with age btw, a women doesn't emit semen
