I've known a few girls who can play football (and a couple were on par with the guys). But most of us just aren't that interested. Besides that, we have an obvious disadvantage due to lack of extra muscle mass.

i disagree wiv ne1 dat says girls cnt play football n shud stik 2 dancin n ballet, all the sissy fings bcz we'r "fragile" n we mite "break a nail" or sumet. i have playd for my skool, college and trafford and city n now i am a coach for the local grils team and we r 3rd in d league above man city ladies.
der jus needs to b mor opportunities for girls.boys hv it so easy its unfair bt women and girls sports r getn mor common n d support 4 womens football games get mor fans dan sum prem games

I don't understand why either. They should be allowed to, in some high schools they can, but are looked down upon and generally never get to have any field time. Why can't we wrestle? Same reason I'm sure.
