No. I checked the usual formulas for amoxicillin on the internet, and they do not contain aspirin in the same tablet or capsule.
Amoxicillin is an antibiotic, and would not usually be combined with aspirin in one tablet. It appears that amoxicillin could be taken with aspirin to treat inflammation or pain; however, check with your physician if you have any conditions like an ulcer, as it may have an effect on such a condition.

Amoxicillin has nothing in it for pain at all. That's why you have to have pain medication prescribed by itself if you have an infection causing pain.
