I have been experiancing a very bad sore throat and cought for 4 days. In the last half hour I have been feeling a ear ache. I cant even feel that side of my face and I cant hear out of that ear. What is it!

It is i am sure a result of a viral infection. I had one similar to your description. Take in a lot of fluids and wear warm clothes. Gargling with warm salty water or mouthwash can reduce the pain and inconvenience. You can find some good home remedies at http://ailments.in/sorethroat.html

Off to the Doctor's you must go!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! You must been seen by a doctor ASAP. Don't let a persistent sore throat linger as you may need antibiotics. You have multi-symptoms and you should be treated right away!!!!! Be smart, get treated and take care.

It could be Strep Throat--go to the doctor, as this requires antibiotics--or could turn into a worse condition. Also, you don't want your eardrum to puncture--go to the emergency room -- this is serious.
It could also be tonsilitis--which would also require antibiotics
It could even be meningitis--very serious.
I would go to the ER right now.

you probably have some type of the flu!you should go to the doctor before you spread it or it gets worse!
