im 13 years old and my boyfriend is 15(shocker i know but my parents know about it and are ok with it) we have been friends sience we were 7 and 9 but neways i know he isnt a virgin and i am he told me he would never ask me for sex and he knows im not ready for it then he asked me what would i do if he said he loved me and i told him i would ask him if he really meant it and he said what if i said yes and i said i would tell you i love you back what is that supposed to mean does that mean he loves me or is falling in love i dont know im confused

i don just hang around him all the time im not dependant on him like some girls an their boyfriends

Since you have known one another for years, I think he really loves you, especially given he's patient and waiting with you and for you with sex...having sex before you are ready can really mess you up, and he wouldn't wait for you if he didn't really care alot about you, believe me, he's 15 that's about all they think with if you know what I mean...so, I think he really is falling or has already fallen in love with you and just testing you to see if you feel the same, and if you do, tell him...if he brings it back up, but, if you and he tell one another, and then all or a sudden he is trying to get you into bed, then you know it was all for sex and nothing more...but, since you have known each other, I think he's had a crush on you for a long time, and knows you are maturing and probably are having other guys asking you out or talking to you, so, just let things go where they may...but, you are 13 and too young to be having sex, and I applaud you for admitting you arn't ready...keep it that way till you are more mature, even if you think you are now, you really are still young, take it from a mom of two girls in college, and one had sex before she was ready, and now, she isn't messed up, but, told me she regretted it, and it's something you can't take back...so good luck

First of all what in the world are your parents thinking. You don't date when 13. You do sports hand out with friends and that is it. You have the next approximately 60 years of your life to have someone. Cool down honey cause if you don't have sex now you will eventually cause you are starting early and you will be sorry when you meet the right man for you at the age of 20-25 so give yourself a break.
