My brother had to have his ears washed out once a month, by the doctor, because his wax would harden near the ear drum and hurt a lot. Normally though the wax will work its way out.

Unless you never take a shower, the chances of this happening are slim to none. The warm water from your shower helps to clean your ears every time you shower.

Well the doctor will tell you not to use q-tips only warm water because ears are self cleaning organs but who believes that **** it would probably clog up your ear so you can't hear.

Wax would not "flow" out, but it would work its way out gradually.

so much would accumulate that it would start getting uncomfortable and eventually youd feel the need to clean your ears.

idk kinda a gross thought if you think about it. I think that you could get a very bad infection in ur ears that could cause you to be deaf
