If you think you can handle not seeing your boyfriend for weeks at a time then it's great. There is always email, talking on the phone, and letters. I met this guy when I was 13. He lives 3 hours away from me. My mom had to take some out of town school and we stayed with her best friend. Her son and this guy are close friends and he came home with Adam one day and I met him. his name is Josh. We dated for two weeks and he dumped me. We were too young. When I turned 16, I found his email address and started talking to him. We hit it off. He soon got his license and started to come and see me. He then moved down there to be with me my senior year of high school. But now, we are happily married in his home town where we met and are trying to conceive after the loss of our first due to a miscarriage. So you see, you just have to trust your heart and make things work for the best. But a relationship is full of surprizes, sacrafices, and heartache. Good luck!

Been there, done that. It didn't work out but it was one of the greatest times of my life. I don't regret anything. But unless one of you is willing to move near the other one, the relationship is doomed. Good luck!
p.s.: It really depends on how long you want it to last and what you expect from it.

They don't really work but to have a long distance relationship y'all both need trust because if you can't trust that he is not cheating then that will cause arguments and confusion but most likely they don't work.

Personally, i don't think they ever work. Sorry. IF you are old enough and you are really serious about this person then think about moving a little closer to each other.

worthless....a man's got needs u know. of wat use is it if u can be wit the one u love or care so much about..........well on the other hand its a way to blow off steam, if u stay wit one too long u might get bored, so occassional time off might be good, rember absence makes the heart grow fonder......anywayz if i were to choose, def not the way to go.
