I don't think your vehicle has a heater fuse. There may be a fuse for your HVAC controls, but not for your heater specifically.

More than likely you either have a clogged heater core, low coolant, or both.

Stop by your local auto parts store and buy the Chiltons or Haynes manual for your truck (Ford Explorer) and research the heating system. You'll do a lot better at diagnosing your heating problem.
