pros - it's pretty
cons - the menus take some getting used to
changes - the menus, the look, the security

your verdict scale is not indicative of much (is 1 good or bad?). so i'll just say this:
i've mostly enjoyed getting to know it for the past six months (beta tester!), but some of the compatibility is still wonky. i won't have a super great answer for you until after i get an official release version, which might not be for a while yet (it's hopefully in the mail to me now, but i don't know for sure).

think of it as Windows XP SP4
yes it has a bit more security, but it also has a ton of useless bloat and steep system requirements
it's 3 on the scale of 1 to 10 and it still immature to upgrade, there is no compelling reason to do so
most business are not going to upgrade
ditto for power users
