If you are going to try the shampoo, make sure to read reviews and see how well it actually works. I have straight hair too, and I usually use a curling iron and some mousse. There are tons of products you can use, depending on what texture you want your finished hair to be.

more then likely the curl shampoo is for curly shampoo it's supposed to hydrate it better. I'd try curlers or a curling iron...I have the opposite issue I have curly/ wavy/ frizzy hair and want straight..I use a straightening iron.

I have naturally curly hair that I straighten most of the time, BUT when I want it curly, I use my normal shampoo and conditioner, then use Aussie's SPRUNCH. Spray it on when your hair is still damp, scrunch it up, use a diffuser on your hairdryer and keep scrunching. Flip your head back up, use MORE Aussie and work the curls where you want them...hope this helps!

shampoo for curly hair is meant to define curls & it probaly wont make your straight hair curly. the best impermenent way to get loose curls is to put damp hair in curlers then blowdry those foam bendy curlers are easier than normal curlers

Try putting in mousee after you shower and scrunch it. Then when its dry, reactivate the mousse by spritzing the hair with a water bottle. Don't brush it though. If you need to, use a pick comb to comb out tangles.

Try braiding your hair when it's wet. Experiment with different numbers of braids and different tightnesses of braiding. The waves last until you shampoo your hair next time.
