Since this Buddhist don't believe in God and not from people of book so it is forbidden

Technically, if one spouse is Buddhist and the other is Muslim, according to Islamic tradition, the marriage is invalid.

unless the Buddhist became Muslim , the marriage would be haraam. or wrong.
