First, what is a 13 year old PUPPY doing, having a boyfriend? Friends yes, but "boyfriends and girlfriends" are for far older and mentally mature people.
Oh sure it's nice to have a "sweetie" that you like and whom likes you too, BUT NO WAY on the boyfriend/girlfriend thing; where are you PARENTS on this?
Exchanging a nice Valentine CARD is proper for both kids, NOTHING beyond that.

They have some cute ideas with Avon. Http://www.youravon.com/NENGLAND They are inexpensive and fun. If you don't feel like you should get him a gift, why don't you make a nice dinner for the two of you. You could do something even more simple like get some icecream or something.

13? A bit young to be even thinking about dating, especially in a relationship lasting over 2 months.
Focus your attentions on something more productive like school.
Being in love wont get you any qualifications, into a college, a university or get you a job.
studying hard at school will.

Honestly, they want a good kiss. Look up french kisses on "search for questions" to know how if you are a first timer
