They are bad because they are parasites, they will attach themselves to a animal and suck the blood out of them. They do have some good uses like for promoting blood flow for someone gangrene.

no but seriously leeches are bad because they suck your blood, just like mosquitos, only they can suck way more blood. Also similar to mosquitos, leeches can carry diseases that they can transmit to you.!

they suck your blood they can kill you they give u diseases they are patasites.If u have one for a pet they can get in tight spaces.
