I you have spots on the back of your throat you may have strep, which requires antibotics. If it is red and raw feeling it is possible that is caused by drainage. Take tylenol and gargle with warm salt water

use salt water,don't drink it. theres throat spray you can buy as well, go see doctor,you may need antibiotics....
