He betrayed me big time,how do i stop myself from wanting to kill him?

Just forget about him, he is not worth it, no man is. Move on and have loads of fun in life. We learn from things in life and hopefully you have learnt from this. You are better than that so don't let it get to you and if he knows its getting to you he has won then so don't let him.

hey he has betrayed your trust in a massive way and it hurts but you just need to keep your head up and get on with life sounds really easy to say but it will take time i think that you should forget about him and go spend some time with your freinds enjoy life and find someone that will treat you the way you want and deserve to be treated. good luck hun

It doesn't sound like you should be with him that's for sure. Maybe it's time to move on. If you have that much hate then the relationship is surely over.

Try to forget about him. He doesn't care about you if he betrayed you, so you don't care about him. Forget him and move on. Or if you really want to hurt him do it by revenge.

Ignore him totally, don't communicate with him whatsoever, ignore phone calls, texts and e-mails. Ignore him in the street, just move on and forget.
Years ahead you'll realise how insignificant he is and congratulate yourself for not wasting any more time on him.

First of all just talk to him and see what happened get his story of the deal!!! Tell him to look you strait in the eye and say I am sorry for what I have done!!! if he is not willing to do that or at least comprimize then mabye he is not the guy for you!!!
