Ahhhh now this depends on my mood and state of mind at the time and varies emmensly from the bog standard to the down right stupid.
My normal mixer for standard unflavoured Vodka is normal Coca Cola or diet Coke if you want to get drunk quicker. It's a fact that when you mix any spirit with a diet mixer it is more potent than a normal mixer, something to do with the sweetners I think.
However I also find it incredible drinkable with Appletise, masks the taste of the vodka well meaning bigger measures....yippee.
Along with the usual suspects - Orange Juice, Tonic, Lemonade etc etc etc I also like Dr Pepper.
The smell of Red Bull makes me gagg so thats a no no but thats coming from somebody who has in the past drank vodka with Gaviscon and with French Onion Soup - say no more !!!!
It's rubbish with Lager too......tried that one.
For the summer try making a bowl of Vodka jelly or sticking a funnel in a melon and slowly (over a few hours, overnight for a biggie) tipping in a half bottle of vodka then slice it up and eat as normal

2 parts orange juice 2 parts cranberry juice 1 part Absolut vodka

1. Tonic, lime juice (NOT cordial) with ice and a lime twist.
2. Peach schnapps and OJ (called a Fuzzy Navel)
3. As 2 but 50/50 OJ and grapefruit juice (my own invention - known as a Shaven Navel, like Fuzzy Navel but with an edge, geddit?)

If you want something sweet and not strong Malibu (Coconut Rum) is your best bet, mix with pineapple and OJ. Midori is a watermelon liqueur, try it with pine also...these are lower proof than Grey Goose so you can maintain better, you can get these as a drink or a shot!! PS don't forget to tip your bartender;)

Just enough Diet Pepsi to discolour the vodka.
Used to take orange juice but the doc said to give it up because it was bad for the blood pressure.

Lime cordial
Lemonade
Straw
mmmmm must go make long vodka!
