That is easy- History points to the coming of Christ, the crucifixion of Christ and the Resurrection of Christ. Look at it this way- All these years BC and AD are His story- leading up to His coming and after He came and until He comes again= History- is His Story!!

Because Jesus Christ shed His own blood for our redemption. He died on the cross and paid for our sins. He raised from the dead because He was without sin.

That was a great moment in History so it even changed our calendars.

Latin for "In the year of our Lord." Aka, the year Jesus was born in.
