APPETIZER

Hot dogs cut in small pieces (or cocktail sausages)
1 jar chili sauce
1 jar grape jelly

Heat equal amounts of grape jelly and chili sauce in a crock pot until liquified. Stir mixture. Add hot dogs or sausages. Serve with toothpicks.
This is also great with meatballs.
This is so easy and delicious.
Hope this helps.

I call mine "Beer Buzz Wienies"
1 can of beer
1 bottle barbecue sauce (Jack Daniels is best)
1-2 cups grape jelly depending on how sweet you want them.
1/2 cup brown sugar
I usually use two packages of the lil smokies
Mix all the ingredients except the wienies into a dutch oven on stove top. Bring to a boil until it looks like a thick syrup like sauce. Turn down to MED heat. It will thicken as it cools down even more. Add the wienies and let them simmer cook for about15-20 minutes. Turn down to a simmer. You can put them in a crock pot and turn on LO to keep it warm. I find the stove top method a lot quicker and easier than cooking them in a crock pot.

Try mixing sour cream, salsa and some hot sauce. It goes well with Vienna sausages

I like the kind where you cut up regular weenies and use the same size jar of mustard and grape jelly and cook them in the crock pot.
