There is a thing called Adjustment Disorder. It can be with Depressed Mood, Anxiety or Mixed Emotional Features. That's like having some kind of problem that stresses you out and makes you depressed. It can happen to anybody and it generally goes away after a few months, but sometimes it's so bad somebody may need to be hospitalized for it.
