I forgot to metion, my moms been a smoker, since before i was born,
and she used to smoke around me alot as a kid, (dont judge parenting issues, because she smoked in the house). Could these symptoms be from, second hand smoke?? Im 14, but idk if second hand smoke can cause lung cancer or anything, and lung cancer runs in my family. What do you think it could all be?

You're not overreacting, you need to go see your doctor. I hope you told your parents how you're feeling. Your symptoms are not normal, you need to go get checked out. Eczema won't affect your breathing, heart rate or being light headed.

ecema has nothing to do with this. You should be journaling what happens and when. It could be your blood pressure. At 14 you could also have a low thyroid problem. You need to ensure your parents are aware of it and can get you in to a doctor. In the mean time, keep the journal, as it may help the dr.

You need to go to the ER. The signs and symtoms your are experiencing are indicative of cardiac problems. Although, it's not terribly likely at your age, you definately need to be checked out. You will definately need an ECG (which is non-invasive and doesn't hurt at all and some oxygen.) If I could ask you questions about what was going on to rule out other causes of your symptoms, I would, but since I can't you need to be cautious about this and go straight to an Emergency Room preferrably in the back of an ambulance.

If something is wrong with your heart, they will at least be able to diagnose and start treatment sooner than later.

Could be some sort of breathing problem. I have asthma, and you can tell when it's about to get bad.

First of all, it cannot be emphysema, unless you've smoked...which you probably haven't since you're 14.

I'd say...either a cold or mild acute bronchitis. If it keeps going on, check with your doctor...it really could be asthma.

Stop asking questions here and ask your parents to make an appointment ASAP with a good cardiologist to run some tests on your symptoms. They don't sound good and I'm talking from personal experience.

Good luck

You need to tell your parents, and see your MD.Even young teens can have some heart problems, especially with one of the "valves" between the heart chambers. To know for sure, see the Doctor and tell him or her what's been going on. Take care. SW RNP

woahh; Im the same age, same eczema, same feelings sometimes. I am pretty sure eczema has nothing to do with it, but I think it is vertigo. It sucks, but all you can do is get water and lay down. Close your eyes and just htink of something else :)

Its not overreacting by seeing a doctor. If you really can't breathe that's serious business. Tell your parents inform them on how you feel.

Tell your parents about your symptoms please. Don't let people on the Internet try to diagnose you, only a Doctor can. This may be nothing but you MUST see your Dr. don't ignore chest pain please tell your parents now!
