Letting American farmers grow hemp would upset the stranglehold corporations have over Americans. Lets face it if we were able to make 25,000 products what would we need imports for? Some states are allowing hemp production but the DEA is forcing farmers to pay 3500 dollars to do it. Their argument over pot production is lame also... the president gave pardons to 5 drug dealers over the Christmas holiday. The drug war is a failure becassue they didn't close the borders. Hemp is good enough to import lets start production now!
