i have a chihuahua who i got in May of 2006 she was around 2 months.but the breeder i got it from never told me the birthday.so is the birthday march 14 or february 28.but if she was born on feb wouldnt she be 3 months?help!!

More likely her birthday is 14th March. Ring the breeder up and ask her/him. You should of got a full birth pedigree with your Dog and her birthday will be on that. If not contact your Breeder and tell them you want a full birth history and certificate of your puppy.

If you got her in May 2006 and she was 2 months old, then her birthday would be in March. Just pick a day in March and that will be close enough, it's not like the dog is grading your work. ;)

I think if you don't know when the birthday is, you should really just come up with one that you think is close. Obviously, the breeder probably is not going to tell you the correct date, so maybe you could come up with one in the middle. THat's my suggestion.

yeah, man, pick a day that is close. i have mine closely figured to april 21 and i don't think the dog, smart as he may be, even realizes it may or may not be his birthday, he just likes the home cooked meal and new toys....

it depends on what day in May you got your puppy. just go back 8 weeks on the calendar from when you got her.
