Ok. This is my department. Well, to start off, you need a really gentle cleanser. Try Aveeno Ultra Calming Foaming cleanser. you say you do NOT want a perscription... this is the best route to take (Benzaclin) bu OK. Umm. Try Clean and Clear Pera-gel... it's 10% benzoyl peroxide and it is very potent. Apply just a thin layer over the entire face, wherever you suffer from acne, or just the T-zone. After you have cleansed face and applied this follow with a light moisturizer. Neutrogena Oil free moisturizers work the best... I have sensitive skin, so that one works well for me. They also have a combination skin one. Ok so let me make a list. All of these products can be bought at Walmart or Target.

1) Aveeno Ultra Calming Foaming Cleanser
2) Clean and Clear Persa-Gel
3) Neutrogena Oil Free Moisturizer

Hope this helps... it works for me and my girlfriend!

Zeno zaps them immediately! 150-200$ at Walgreens. Best to prevent them by using medical or spa grade skin care products. They really are better. True Cosmetics has a great skin program for acne prone or oily skin, check the website for a place near you. If you wear makeup, mineral based makeup is less able to clog pores and is better for your skin, True also has a mineral makeup line.
