I have not opened it yet. It does seem to have a little bit of yellowish-green "debris" floating on top. Other than that, it looks fine.

Everyone is different, but yes to me it is a little too long.An almost 4 year old should be using a cup,not sucking on a boobie. It seems to be more for comfort than anything else.Or maybe the mom is having a hard time stopping. It is hard to stop after nursing so long. But a line has to be drawn somewhere. She could at least pump it into a cup.Come on!

No, it should be just fine. It has plenty of acidic qualities in it.

Shake the bottle and see if it has the same consistency as it would have if you just bought it.

But I'm sure it's fine.

the alcohol acts as a preservative. if it was a homemade mix with lemon pulp floating in it , i would be more concerned. open it up, pour off the green stuff at the top and drink it for goodness sake!

i would say it should be fine. Your supposed to keep Lemoncello in the freezer so that would preserve it evenlong. Look at it...is their anything floating in it? Has the colour changed? DOes it taste different if not then its fine and keep it in the freezer.

It's probably fine. Keep it in the fridge once opened.
