Have you thought about giving it to him while you are alive to make sure he gets it?
When I read a question like yours I thank God I'm an American who has the right to keep and bear arms. I hope the rest of the world gains the freedom I was born with.

In the US you'd have no problem. I'm guessing you're in UK, and should talk this over with your solicitor when making out your will.

Yes he will receive it if it's in your will!!! I do not believe he would need a possession license!
