I used jigsaw.com until a month ago. I found that the data quality at jigsaw was extreamly low and not worth even the low monthy fee they were charging. Jigsaw claims that their data is kept "fresh" by their users who flag bad contacts. The problem with this is that the user has to attempt to use the contat info purchased from jigsaw.com before they find out it is bad. I found that this system did not seem to work since only 35% of the contacts I purchased from jigsaw were valid. I also found, when I complained about the bad data, that their customer service was horrible as well. Jigsaw, and its sales man Garth Moulton, either do not understand or do not care that the contact information contained in their database is bad. They also don't seem to care that they have a database that is full of useless contacts such as assistants, fry cooks, and janitors. What are your experiences and do you know of any alternatives to this poor service (jigsaw datacorp)?

I never tried it, although i did consider it. But I changed my mind after hearing about the quality of service from several people. I guess now, I know that it is beyond terrible and one thing for sure, you are not alone.
