There is no age group for braids. I have a style that I like braided that goes behind the ears but saves my bangs and it's only one braid but goes all the way around.

it is still fine for anyone under the age..like 17...unless you are some college girl...wear the french braids. i dont think grownups should though...but maybe..just not at work.

SIX...............unless you live on a farm................ the only time women look good in braids is when they are little girls........but when you take out the braids and have those wonderful sexy waves in your hair .....that's great!!!!!!!!!!!!

If you wear it casual enough, it works for a while. However I can't exactly imagine my grandmother pulling it off. But i recomend wearing them loose, which tends to make it work for a wider variety of ages.
