i want to register my dog in something similar to akc. the reasom i can't register him with akc is that he is a mixed breed and is neutered. please if you know of any other groups please let me know. i also have another one whose parents were purebreds. she isn't though.

they were two different pure breeds, one was a pure german sheperd the other a pure samoyed so yea it does make sence.

You can't register a mixed dog. If you find somebody that will let you register your dog, than they are taking advantage of you.
There is no such place!! Only the AKC for purebreds.

There is no way you have a dog that isn't purebred if it's parents were. That doesn't make ANY sense.
