Si mirara a la etiqueta de tu ropa, probablemente diría "hecha en el cielo".

My literal translation is as follows:

Si yo fuera a dar un vistazo a la etiqueta de tus ropas, esta probablemente dirá "hecho en el cielo".

Which part would you like exactly to be in the present perfect tense?

Hecho (made) is already in the past participle, which is the form we use both in Spanish and English to create present perfect tense sentences after the have (haber) auxiliary verb.

Here is another great pickup line:

Tus ojos son como las estrellas de mis soños. Quiero follarte todo de la noche. Porque mis cojones están ardiendo de amor.
