This one's easy and large enough for sharing or keeping all week. And doesn't involve cheese.
Chex, Muddy Buddies
9 cups Chex® cereal (any variety)
1 cup semisweet chocolate chips
1/2 cup peanut butter
1/4 cup butter or margarine
1 teaspoon vanilla
1 1/2 cups powdered sugar
(I add to this M&Ms and/or Reeses Pieces)
Preparation Directions:
1. Into large bowl, measure cereal; set aside.
2. In 1-quart microwavable bowl, stir together chocolate chips, peanut butter and butter. Microwave uncovered on High 1 minute; stir. Microwave about 30 seconds longer or until mixture can be stirred smooth. Stir in vanilla. Pour mixture over cereal, stirring until evenly coated. Pour into 2-gallon resealable food-storage plastic bag.
3.Add powdered sugar. Seal bag; shake until well coated. Spread on waxed paper to cool. (at the end of this step is where I add in the M&Ms or reeses.)Store in airtight container in refrigerator.
Here's the website for more information.

Peanut butter on any of the following:
Bread/bagel
Ritz cracker/saltine
Graham crackers
Apple
Banana
Celery
If you want to get fancy, put peanut butter on a cracker and top it with a slice of banana.
Eggs - soft or hard boiled, scrambled or fried
Add milk and bread and make French toast in a skillet
Ever try hummus? Go to the gourmet cheese section of your grocery and pick up a small container. It comes in many flavors.
It's great on pita bread, crackers, raw veggies as a dip and I like to use it to make veggie wraps (recipe follows).
Veggie Wraps
Spread 2 tbsp. hummus or cream cheese on a tortilla or spinach wrap.
Place sliced red pepper, cucumber , shredded lettuce and any other veggies of choice on hummus/cheese.
Roll up and enjoy!

Popcorn can be a great snack but often boring by itself. Heat chocolate chips and a little bit of milk and cream(no cream is ok) in a microwave safe container. Drop in some popcorn and scoop out with your fingers for fun.
Want some fruit flavors? Take jam/jelly and warm it in the microwave pour over popcorn and enjoy.
Want something spicy? Hit hot sauce and butter in a microwave safe container and pout over your popcorn!!!
*All items can be done over the stove.

cheese quesadilla, very quick easy and nutritious! Just use a tortilla shell, (anyone you prefer, but must be flour, wholewheat are the best for you) and any cheese that you like, put it in a nonstick skillet and put tortilla in pan on med-high heat and fill with cheese, heat until melted and you'r good to go. great on the go food too!

Nachos is my favorite quick snack. Just put some cheese on the chips, add some black beans, heat in oven or microwave. Put on salsa and sour cream in less than a few minutes just to heat it up....

If you got a loaf of bread and a toaster, jelly, and peanut butter here's something quick! Instead of just putting the jelly and peanutbutter on bread swirl them together and put on hot toast a big glass of milk , if you've got kids around they'll love it and you might too!!

Peanut butter on cornflakes or cheerio's. When I was your age and there was nothing to eat so I did this lol. Saw it on I Love Lucy so decided to try it. We also used to take Maple syurp and mix it with the peanut butter. I still do this actually. :) Julz
