I hope this helps!!! Try keeping a journal of your thoughts. Write whatever you want about whoever you want..anything goes..This journal is only to be read by you.It will get all those thoughts out of your head and on paper then you won't be continually thinking about them. You will be amazed how well it works!!! You don't have to write every day just when you feel the need. Best of Luck!!!

i am the same way. i'm also bi-polar i have to take 1mg of xanex every day. it helps but when i'm panicky or depressed. i also take meds for depression. with my panic attacks,i get a headache by my temples and a funny feeling right under the skin on my head like a numbness. sometimes i have this every day even with my med. i just tale pain med and lay down. then the next day i'mup and adam. no headache no numbness. i'll take a warm bubble bath and try to get a massage. of course it's done by a friend who is going to be a massuse i know you have to have a dr. to get your paxil. go to him and tell him. maybe you need to try another med. some meds work for you, but not in other people. my relationship with my husband is suffering. i have been a worry wart all my life so far. i worry about a piece of paper on the floor - i leave it there in plain sight, sometimes for days. my husband never picks it up.i get so mad, because he's a slob. you can imagine the attacks i have. i try to not worry by watching a movie, listening to easy listening music, and try to say foget it all! bety boop

cut back on all caffeine, avoid people who make you nervous, read a book or take a class on problem solving so you can work on the problem logically rather than worrying about it, make sure you eat small healthy meals or snacks frequently so you don't get low blood sugar (which makes this nervous thing worse), try prayer or meditation, and watch a comedy that actually takes your mind of things and makes you laugh. I personally recommend Who's That Girl, Ghostbusters, and Nothing To Lose for starters. Good luck.

Have one set place where you allow yourself to let your mind race, such as a "worry chair." Feel free to worry as long as you're sitting there, but when you get up, you must stop. This worked for me. At first I was int hat chair a lot, but then I gradually needed it less and less.
Good luck.

LEARN TO FOCUS ON SOMETHING BEAUTIFUL LIKE A MOUNTAIN . STREAM, OR A CREEK, A SNOW SCENE, THE OCEAN. ALLOW YOUR MIND TO VISUALIZE THESE BEAUTIFUL VISIONS. GO FOR HIKES IN THE MOUNTAINS AND ON THE OCEANS. SOAK IN THE FRESH AIR. PRAY AND ASK GOD TO HELP YOU WITH THIS PROBLEM. ASK GOD TO DELIVER YOU. SOAK IN A HOT TUB OR A POOL; THIS IS VERY RELAXING. DON'T ALLOW IT TO EFFECT YOUR RELATIONSHIPS. GET CHRISTIAN FRIENDS WHO CAN SUPPORT YOU WITH THIS PROBLEM. PRAY, PRAY, PRAY FOR DELIVERANCE.
