I am currently working with several ordained ministers and priests in all religions. And, having huge debates. Currently, majority are stating that it is indeed the Mark.

Bush Jr is the Anti-Christ the 10 horns represent on the beast the 10 OPEC Countries in the Middle East. And, the Woman is Secretary of State Dr. Rice Revelation Chapter 17.

This is what will be called the Rapture. Those with GOD in their heart will be swept away. This is a time of believeing. The law will not be shot down. For this is Word of GOD. You cannot change prophecy.

Those that still are here when we are gone will have to face either getting it or death. It will be the start of a New World Order, under one religion. And, the Anti-Christ will proclaim himself as the Messiah. But, Bush Jr already stated that several times.

So, if you are here after the Rapture just die in the Name of God.

But, if you are still here. Be a true soldier of GOD and spread the Word of GOD. And, live by HIS Word. And, fight the Forces of Evil.

For remember, Satan and his minions will not win.

Badriya speaking of it. I am wondering that microchip which goes in right hand or forehead. Will somehow be attached to the National ID Card or need to recieve both at same time.

Read up on Real ID Card and then read Revelation 13:17 And that no man might buy or sell, save he that had the mark, or the name of the beast, or the number of his name.

And, the Microchip, from sources in the FBI the machine which tracks them reads up the number 666.

Revelation is happening NOW!!

Hello Juliee;

It may be the first step. There are some prisoners that have an implant in them to keep track of their movements. Many animal owners have a similar implants in their pets for the same reason.

Right now the government is in a defensive mode. They see a bad guy behind every door. Whether law can be passed ACLU not withstanding is another question. Here is another thing to think about. A certain communications company in the U.S. has or will soon have a device the size of a grain of rice, that will contain all your personal data and finances in it. It will be injected under the skin. This is more along the lines of the mark of the beast than the ones you mentioned. The idea of a national ID card is not new. So far every proposal has been defeated, let's see what happens next. Also by 2008, if you travel to Canada, Mexico or the Caribbean, you're going to need a passport. Security reigns supreme here.

Retinal scans are used in high security sites. Fingerprinting is common. If you join the military, have a federal, state or city job this is a requirement. You already have to prove your ID and citizenship to open a bank account.

Years ago, the same thing was said about Social Securtiy numbers. It did not take too long for society to get used to ATM and credit cards. Basically the same as what may come in the future. When implants or marks of anykind become mandatory. Then it will be time for deep concern.

I was reading an article of the Internet of a proposed national drivers license. A number of governors are already saying, no way. Best advise is to keep your eyes open for the signs.

And what do you think a Social Security Number is, pray tell?

*grin*
Not that I believe in the beast, or any of this "mark of the beast" hokey, but I personally don't want that kinda stuff under MY skin....only because I hate needles and would have to be put under to have anything like that happen, and I have a VERY low pain tolerance level.
I'd go for it if it were on a card or bracelet or ring or something though :)

To be honest with you, I don't believe in the beast etc. But, if I were still a Christian, my believe would be that the Mark would have something attached to it that would make it wrong for believers i.e. signing a statement of no belief, pledging your soul to the beast, etc. A number attached to retinal scans is nothing to do with your faith, nor is there a "beast candidate" at this time.

that is just to paranoid and we are being robbed blind and then someone comes along with a good idea and some religious extremists comes up with some ridiculous mark of the beast.
The beasts in the bible were governments and to get a mark meant to support the governments. That would mean support for a bad government. In your forehead means in the mind as support mentally. In the hand, is like someone saying give me a hand meaning help me.
If anyone got the mark of the beast it would be the Nazis who killed all those Jews or the Islamic terrorists who just set off a bomb and blew up 400 people.
The devil wants you to believe it is something simple like that.
But it is support physically and mentally for the wicked governments.
As to better security wait until someone steals your idenity and you end up oweing millions of dollars to your account.
You would be the first one lined up to get a eyeball check.

Whether it is the "mark of the beast" I'll leave to the religious pundits; but it smacks too much of pre-WW II Germany and - more recently the repressive regimes of the communist world. There you had to have your "papers" to prove your right to exist. I'm with you; mom and dad gave me a name and as long as I am not violating a law, that is all the I. D. needed!

look, the mark of the beast is 666.

What the hell has that got to do with ID cards?

Every single f ucking year since Nero ruled the romans some other "oppressor" has been the antichrist for you people. When will it end? Will you keep shifting the date of the rapture to the future as our history expands? This year! No, wait definitely this year! Maybe this one!

And besides: if the bible is true you cannot avoid it. To avoid this and fight against it or to run to the hills would be to defy the word of your lord (not mine btw).

What about a social security card? We can't do anything without that? Is THAT the mark of the beast?

The mark of the beast, mentioned in Revelation, also talks about those having the name of the Father written on their foreheads (as opposed to the mark of the beast). It identifies those who belong to God. Likewise, those having the mark of the beast proclaim their servitude to the beast. The mark, whether on the right hand or on the forehead, figuratively speaking, is a symbol that identifies its bearer as one who gives worshipful support to the beastlike political systems of the world. Those having the mark give to “Caesar” that which rightly belongs to God.

it is going to likely be approximately time. We have already got many difficulty-free id's like drivers licenses, social risk-free practices numbers, and extensive laptop documents bases. what's the concern with one extra? attempt claiming your newborn on your earnings tax with out her or him having a social risk-free practices sort. I in no way heard a liberal who whines approximately this, have a concern with nationwide gun registration lists.

You're worrying needlessly, about this ID business and about the 666 stuff.
