you won't be able to. the dogs on the show are adoptable so it is somewhat good that your dog won't be going on... it means he has a loving owner.

Funny, I just asked a question about the Puppy Bowl. It looks like they only have young puppies on it, less that 6 months.

I'm pretty sure that the puppies on the Puppy Bowl are all up for adoption, so I don't think you have get your dog on it.
