Sometimes when im on the computer i get headaches. I look away and it feels better. Does anyone know what it is and how to help it besides advil?

You are most likely straining your eyes. Try moving your monitor closer, getting your eyes examed, or go on the computer for shorter amounts of time. Also make sure that you have plenty of lighting in the room where your computer is.

Don't spend more than an hour at a time on the computer. Get up and do something else for 5 minutes minimum out of every hour to decrease eye strain.

Staring too long at the monitor can cause eye strain and headaches. Bayer works good.

You may need glasses or an anti-glare screen on your monitor. In the meantime, take regular breaks from the computer. Every 15 minutes you need to get up.

You may be straining your eyes. Have you had an eye exam lately? If your vision has changed, you may be straining more to focus and this would cause headached. See an eye doctor.

It's probably your eyes. You should get them checked.
