Go to bed early and set your alarm clock.
The key to your question is "MOTIVATE MYSELF"...
What works for me won't necessarily work for you!

Motivation comes from within. It will be up to you to find something in yourself that will get you up out of that nice warm bed each and every morning to go out and get your workout in.
Inspiration, I believe, is more what you are looking for on this forum. You are looking for other people to tell you that what you want to do is possible, and perhaps even easy and fun.
I personally also need to get up each morning myself between 4:45 am and 5:00 am to make certain I get my workout in for the day. I came to the conclusion last March that in order for me to get a workout in each and every day without fail would require me to get my butt up and out of that bed and "git 'er done".
It took awhile, and I admit initially I still missed a few workouts. I kept it up, though, and didn't quit.
It's been almost a year since I began, and most mornings I find I wake before the alarm even goes off, and like that advertisement claims, I "just do it". The beauty is that once it is done, it is done for the day, and I am consistent in getting my workouts in. That is what I wanted to accomplish all along. I have not missed a single workout now for more than six months, so it definitely works.
You CAN do the same thing. You will have to program yourself by finding the motivation and reasons that work for you to get up and workout. I sincerely hope that you find both the motivation and the inspiration to accomplish your goals.

Wake up at 5:30, then you can snooze till 5:45 - 5:50
No one here can motivate you better than yourself. Like anything you do the first times, it will be hard, then it will get easy.
At some point you probably won't need the alarm clock and if you miss a training day you'll feel like something's amiss.

I find it easier to get up in the morning by doing this.. set your alarm, not to radio but to the annoying buzzing sound (and loud) and place it out of reach of your bed prefferably on the other side of the room, that way when it goes off you'll have to get up out of bed.. once you have switdched the alarm off, open your blinds.. wash you face and then I find it really good if you still feel a bit groggy and sleepy to go outside for a minute and let the fresh air and sunlight rouse you a bit more.. then get ready to train...
hope this helps..

Waking up early can be very hard especially when the modern Human sleeps less and works more then we did 15-30 years ago.
What I do, and may not work for you, is firmly tell myself I'am going to get up early, set my alarm, and when the first buzz goes off instead of slapping the snooze, I get out of bed to turn it off, go wash my face and go.
It's hard, you just have to get yourself into a routine, and then your body will start waking up naturally at that time, I know that because even through I no longer work at a coffee shop, I still wake up at 5am every morning. Urg..... and its been 3 years since I quit.

What motivates me is the beautiful sunshine in the morning and all the amazing glory of our earth. Find the love in your soul to motivate yourself.

you only have to do it for a week until you will be able to do it without the mental anguish. the first week is the hardest. so just do it! your body clock WILL adjust, but you also have to have decent food and rest to ensure you can do it easily.
remember, its only hardest on the first week.
