I need to fly out on Feb. 6th and be back on Feb. 10. This is for the funeral of my grandmother. The funeral itself is on Feb. 7th. So I have a time span to work with, sort of.

If you're flying to the funeral of a relative then airlines will have "bereavement fares" (I believe this is what they still call them). The airline will be able to give you cheaper fares (basically they don't charge for not booking in advance - usually fares go way up if you don't book a certain amount of time in advance).

But you have to call the airline to get these fares. However, if you book online, it's probably the cheapest to go through the airline's own website. It's actually not really cheaper to go through expedia or any of those sites.

I am sorry for your loss.

Sorry to hear that. If I were you, i would take Greyhound, because a flight is going to be VERY EXPENSIVE, last minute. Or you could take Amtrak!
