we broke up almost a year ago, I still miss him and wish i could understand why he decided to end it. he never told me why he said that he wanted time to. i waited and find myself still waiting...................

That is a tough place to be. The best way over someone is with someone else. It's time you moved on. It's time you got involved with things that interest you. Put a smile on your face...even if you don't feel like it. People like to be around happy people. Do volunteer work. When is the last time you've been in a nursing home? Do things for others, that takes your mind off of your problems. Even if you don't get him back (and as long as its been I doubt it) you'll find someone better. Why would you want someone that doesn't want you? There is someone out there that deserves you. Put yourself out there so they can find you. Good Luck.

It is very difficult to heal and move on without proper closure, but after a year u really need to allow yourself to move on. You could have been on with your life and happy by now, but u are not allowing yourself to do that. You need to realize that it doesn't matter why he ended it, there may not be a specific reason. He may have been scared of a real commitment, or may not have been ready. There could be many reasons, but just know it wasn't meant to be between the two of u, and move on so u can find happiness again.

well hunny if you waited for a year and he still hasnt come back,i would imagine that he never will...you HAVE TO GET OVER HIM,trust me if he hasnt even given you a good enough reason to which he broke up,then sorry to say,he's not even worth worrying over with.theres so many men around,just enjoy yourself, and FORGET him,theres plenty of fishes in the sea;)

If its been almost a year he won't be coming back he probably has someone he is seeing just get on with your life don't waste your time worrying about someone that will not be coming back because i am sure he isn't wasting his time thinking about you..

Move on, he is a chickenshit who was too afraid to be honest with you. Why are you hanging on after all this time? This is about you, not him. After a year you should have moved farther than you have. I think its time for some counseling.

it usially just takes time. maybe try and talk to him to find out what happened. i know i couldnt get over this guy untill i knew the truth.
