Yes.
His feet are like the crucifix, crossed and nailed to a block that is nailed to the crucifix.
I don't remember because I fell asleep during the movie (FAR too boring and I knew how it was going to end, anyhow).
"IESVS NAZARENVS REX IVDAEORVM" and then, I believe it's translated into Aramaic.
It is Latin, translates into English "Jesus the Nazarene, the King of the Jews", and is seen as an abbreviation (INRI) that Roman Catholics place above the crucifix.

1. I do not remember the position of the feet.

2. I do not know if there is a full length shot of Christ on the cross.

3 The sign above the cross SHOULD have been in Latin, Greek and Hebrew. That is what the Bible says it was written in.

4. Pictures? I suppose off the movie

all though the teaching ever since the 4th century has been that Jesus died on a cross that is not correct. If you read Gal 3:13 you find that he died on a tree or stake. The greek word for what he died on is ( stra-ous ) meaning striaght pole or tree have no indication of a cross member . Jesus lived under the Mosiac Law and died under the Mosiac Law.
So the way in which he was put to death is in harmony with De 21:22, Jos 8:29
Jos. 10:26.

Up over Jesus head was written ( King Of The Jews ) Greek was the domonite
language at that tme.7

Nails were inserted through his ankles and hands over his head with nails through his wrist. There were reasons for this to long to explain, so E-Mail me and I will send you the reasons for the Mosiac Law on why and how persons were to be put to death.

Sincerely yours<
