Well lying is never the best policy. (Though our politicians won't say so). You can get in with your parents or guardians permission though I think you have to be at least 17. I am not sure if they are requiring a high school diploma -or- GED. As far as I knew they were not taking the GED anymore but I could be completely wrong.
However again, lying probably won't get you anywhere. While it may get you into the military or Army as you seem to want, you are still lying. While I am not sure of the motto of the Army, I know that the Navy's is Honor, Courage, and Commitment. Lying shows a lack of honor, no courage and absolutely no commitment to the role of the military.

I dont want you in the Army my friend, you are far too young. Finish high school and enlist, since you need a high school degree anyway. You are too young to follow orders yet and would be a detriment to the army, so dont try it.

It could be done in days long past, but it's quite impossible now. We live in the age of computer databases, you know.

pretty easy, most of the legal aged ones are injured or dead, so they need anybody they can get including those under 17 and illegal aliens. they still have a quota to fill and they're outsourcing the military next. remember, as BOY GEORGE says, the illegal aliens are only doing the jobs that amerikans don't want, including the army!
