I have a friend who has a toy sized dog. She buys a bunch of that kind of stuff. Her dog has more than 20 outfits, not counting coats/sweaters. The dog gets her nails painted and gets perfumed once a week.

While I personally would not buy things like that, there are many people who do.

No, I don't buy anything that my dog's don't need. They have several sweaters and jackets but that's because they are short-haired and need protection from the weather.

I keep the collars and leashes understated (no pink or crystals). My dogs are both black and their leashes and collars are black so that you see the dogs and not the equipment.

I don't know anyone personally who buys this crap for their dogs. I'm sure there's someone since this company has a website and lots of merchandise. I don't see how buying a wedding gown or tuxedo will help me retire earlier. I use my money wisely.

You would be surprized what I have seen people do to dogs as far as clothes. I went to a wedding where the brides mother dressed her male a female dogs in brides mates and usher outfits to match the wedding party. This is big business. Its not just the funny stuff you see on planets funniest animals. This stuff happens all the time I mean people dressing up dogs. My got they have doggie sunglasses and goggles for dogs who like to poke their head s out the car window on rides.

No... they arent going to like it. It's like playing dress up with your dog. It's for YOU not for them.
