It is definitely not a Renoir, signature looks completely different.

The name of the artist is Pierre Jeanniot and the painting or print in this case is Diner a l'Hotel Ritz

It looks like a Renoir, but I honestly have no idea. You should check out some of Renoir's artwork and see if the signature matches up. If not, look at some artists in the impressionistic period. I hope this helps!
