I am on H1B. I want to quit the job and go back to my home country. Do I have any grace period to leave USA? Also, can my employer terminate my visa before my last date of employment even though I have given 2 weeks notice? Any help is greatly appreciated. Thank you!

There is really no "grace period" for you to leave when you're on an H-1B. If you quit, be ready to leave asap. As for the other scenario, you should talk to the person who filed the H-1B paperwork for you (either the lawyer or immigration advisor for the company). Technically, if you're fired before the end of your H-1B petition, they are required to pay for your trip back home. I have a feeling that your specific scenario is a gray area with lots of interpretation.
