www.torrentspy.com

in the applications section

It is a torrent site so you will need a torrent download program

one of the best ones out there is utorrent. Not sure where to download it from, but if you google it you should find it

short answer don't use torrent as that is the easiest way to get hard to remove malware with your program.
best placce to go is http://www.softpedia.com now enter dvd to mp4 and see what comes up, if you get a lot of hits try and filter by freeware.
use that site for almost any of your software download needs. if comercial software is not available or too expensive. at least if the software is not freeware you can try before you buy.

good luck.
oh and remember a comercial DVD is copy protected so you probably will not be able to convert your favourite movie etc, to mp4 to watch on your new player.
it is perfectly right, people / programers do need to eat and put a roof over their heads. why should you exect software for free. if someone wants to make software that is freeware great we all benefit, but you have to ask how are they making a living? are they part time programers doing the coding in theire spare time so can afford to provide the software for free?
if not what is the motive?
if a freeware publisher offers you the chance to donate, and you like the software then donate if you can afford it.

comercial companies however are a little different they are in the business of making huge profits for the share holders or the Managing directors for example.

life would be better if we could get everything for free, but life is not fair and everyone needs to pay the bills don't we?
think about that next time you are illegaly downloading music or video from peer to peer file share programes.

just my opinion.
good luck on doing what you want. oh and for instructions on this try samsungs website. you should have had a CD or at least an instruction manual with the camera if it was purchased legally as new.

If you are not for long tern use, suggest you have a 15 days free trial of Total Video Converter which converts all video files to 3gp,mpeg,psp,swf,flv,DVD,VCD... with pretty good quality. It is a powerful converter.

If you prefer to long tern free, I think you still need to source.

it is easy to use:

1. Download software

2. Run Total Video converter component, load the video files you'd like to convert by clicking 'New Task' button. After the files were selected, the window 'Please select the format to be converted will popup to remind you to select the right button。

3. Click 'Convert now' to start

4. After converting, open the converted folder to check the files

if u dont know how to use it, ask somone. And if you think your going to get anything free in this world, your wrong. One more thing, if you cant find anything, deal with it. I say it how it is
